• • In July 2019, the Shenyang Postal Express Supervision Center completed the customs clearance of the first import order of Shenyang cross-border e-commerce 9610 direct purchase;
  • In August 2020, Fangde United Postal Group Liaoning Branch opened the first China Post cross-border bonded warehouse in the coastal park of Shenyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone;
  • In August 2020, the second level node of Shenyang Cross border E-commerce Public Service Platform and the cross-border e-commerce of Shenyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone were officially launched, marking the comprehensive launch of Fangde's cross-border e-commerce import solution;
  • In December 2021, Fangde opened the first China Europe freight train (Shenyang) cross-border e-commerce (9610) dedicated line in Northeast China.
